At KAI LABS, we have a 10 minute late policy. If you are running late, please text or call to let us know. If you are unable to make it to your appointment in the time frame, you will have to forfeit your appointment and you will be charged 100% of the services scheduled.
Cancellation Policy:
We require a 48 hour notice for any cancellations. All cancellations must be made during business hours. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged 100% the cost of the scheduled service.
